- Provide detailed information and evidence supporting the refund request, such as screenshots, communications, and specific examples of unmet requirements.


 3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is submitted:

- Khaliwork will review the request and may contact both the client and the freelancer for additional information.

- The review process typically takes 7-14 business days.

- Khaliwork will notify both parties of the decision via email or platform notification.


 4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

- The refund amount will be credited back to the client's original payment method.

- The refund process may take 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.


 5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

- If the freelancer has completed a significant portion of the work but not to full satisfaction.

- If both parties agree to a partial refund as a resolution.


6. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

- The client changes their mind after the work has begun.

- The client fails to provide the necessary information or feedback required for the freelancer to complete the work.

- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the service completion date.


7. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is disputed by the freelancer:

- Khaliwork may mediate between both parties to reach a fair resolution.

- Both parties are encouraged to communicate openly and honestly to resolve the issue amicably.
