Clients agree to pay freelancers for completed work as per the agreed terms. Khaliwork is not responsible for any disputes between clients and freelancers.


 5. Payments

Khaliwork facilitates payment transactions between clients and freelancers through a secure payment system. Clients are required to pay for services through the platform, and freelancers agree to receive payments only through the platform. Khaliwork charges a 0% service fee for transactions.


6. Communication

All communications between clients and freelancers should be conducted through the Khaliwork platform to ensure transparency and security. Users should not share personal contact information outside the platform.


 7. Termination

Khaliwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.


8. Limitation of Liability

Khaliwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khaliwork, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
